Staycity Aparthotels was a great choice for our London trip. The spacious apartment had everything we needed including a well-equipped kitchen, iron and ironing board. The location was perfect with easy access to the airport and city center. Although the parking situation was a bit confusing, the apartment itself was comfortable and clean.

The location of the hotel was very convenient, being right next to the train station. It made it easy to commute to Heathrow and other parts of London. The staff at the reception were helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and had all the necessary amenities, including a kitchenette. The windows kept the noise from the trains to a minimum.

The hallways sometimes had an unpleasant smell from other visitors cooking.

We had a great experience at this hotel. The location is incredibly convenient, with the train station right beside the hotel making it incredibly easy to travel around. We loved the in-room amenities such as the air conditioning and ironing facilities, and the kitchen and dining table were a great convenience for us. The staff were always prompt and helpful, and we especially appreciated their delayed check-out service. we were impressed by the services, including the leisure facilities and free Wi-Fi.

Would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends.

The location was convenient, being close to a train station and a supermarket. It made it easy for us to travel around the city and grab some groceries whenever we needed. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always willing to assist us with any queries or requests we had.

The cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. There was dust on the surfaces and the sheets and pillow covers didn't seem to be thoroughly cleaned.

During my recent stay in this aparthotel, I was impressed with the location. It was very close to the train station, making it easy for me to travel into the city center. The room itself was comfortable, with plenty of space and a wardrobe to store my belongings. The bathroom was clean and spacious, with shelves to hold toiletries. The staff provided excellent service and were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

The location of this hotel was great, with an overground tube station right at the doorstep. It was convenient to have a Tesco Express grocery store adjacent to the building for any supplies we needed. having a Starbucks on the ground floor was a nice bonus for a quick caffeine fix in the morning.

There were a few negative aspects to our stay. the parking garage was a nightmare to navigate, with multiple gates that had to be buzzed in and out of.

We had a great stay in this hotel! Its location is super convenient as it is situated very close to the train station and easily accessible via public transportation, making it easy to explore this city and even other nearby areas. the hotel amenities were also excellent, with an in-house Starbucks coffee house, basic kitchen utensils for daily use, and great cleanliness throughout the hotel. The staff provided excellent service, always ready to help, and even upgraded our room for free - special shoutout to Sahaullah and Effiom for their really good assistance.

My recent stay at Staycity Aparthotels was excellent. The location was convenient, with Hayes & Harlington station and shops right next door. The premises were secure and the staff were polite and accommodating. I especially liked the in-house laundry facility, convenient for longer stays. There is also a Tesco express nearby for groceries. The studio apartment was compact but had all the necessary amenities, including a fully equipped kitchen. I had a great experience and would recommend Staycity Aparthotels.

Absolutely love the hotel. Great location and big super clean rooms. Very helpful staff: mostly Amprit on reception. Good quality orange juice for breakfast. The staff in the restaurant works really hard and constantly smiles. They also disinfect the tables after every guest. The room was a whole apartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious lounge, and kitchen area. It felt like our own little home. Everything was clean and the staff were amazing. Highly recommended. Thank you, Staycity apartments!
